My wife and I bought our home with an in ground pool around 7 years ago. This winter it lost half of its water. We have been going to Alpine Pools since we moved in. We met with Tom Esser around end of November 2019 about a new liner and put down a deposit. They have always had great customer service and really know what they are doing.
This March I called Alpine and Tyler assured me that my liner would be installed as soon as the weather
permitted, and as long as they were able to operate according to the governors order.
I received a call from Bob on 4/6 to see if we were good to go for the install. I said yes and Mike and his team arrived that day to start draining the pool for the install. By Friday 4/10/2020 we were up and running. A lot of other places apparently outsource their contractors and alpine doesn’t. And let me tell you it shows in terms of quality. You don’t get this service from outsourced contractors!
I cannot say thank you enough to Tom, Bob, Tyler, Mike and all of their staff. They truly went above and beyond and saved our summer. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If we have to have a stay at home per the order, there is no place I would rather be. Thanks everyone for your help, stay healthy and you have customers for life with us.
